Accommodation comprises of an open plan lounge/kitchen diner. One double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with large walk in shower, sink and toilet.

Facilities include Flat Screen Smart TV, fridge, microwave, oven and hob, washing machine, toaster, kettle and iron. Full gas central heating. All bedding, towels, gas and electric are included. Free WIFI throughout the cottage.

Private parking for one car at the rear. Parking is also unlimited on the front of the cottage.

There is only one step into the cottage which makes it suitable for people with limited mobiliy and the bathroom has a large walk in shower. 

Dogs by prior arrangement. There is no garden but plenty of green areas nearby. No smoking.

Kirkby Stephen is a perfect place for walking and touring and has plenty of eating places and interesting shops.
